For the third straight week the University of Missouri gymnast has been named the Big 12 Gymnast of the Week, the sixth time this season the honor has gone to Shire, a senior, who used to train at Great American Gymnastic Express (GAGE) in Blue Springs. She now has 13 Gymnast of the Week awards to her name, a Big 12 record.
