Hawthorn Bancshares of Lee’s Summit, MO (NASDAQ: HWBK) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of 5 cents per common share, payable April 1, 2012 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2012.
