PepperJax Grill has opened a new quick casual restaurant 10150 W. 119th St. (119th & Hwy 69) in Overland Park and has closed its existing location at 13386 Metcalf Avenue. PepperJax Grill has operated in Overland Park, Kansas for almost 6 years.
PepperJax Grill is a quick casual restaurant chain and is known for its award winning made fresh to order Famous Phillies, Gourmet Rice Bowls, Giant Wraps, and Fresh Salads. “We’re very excited to open this new restaurant in Highland Plaza,” said Gary Rohwer President of PepperJax Grill. “We feel that the new location will be more centrally located and easily accessed just off of Highway 69. We’re also excited to offer our quality menu items to area residents and employees in Corporate Woods,” Rohwer said.
PepperJax Grill is a fast casual restaurant chain based in Omaha, Nebraska that operates 7 restaurants in the Omaha area and also has restaurants in Lincoln, Nebraska and Lawrence, Kansas. More locations in the Kansas City area and St. Joseph are being planned for the future.
