Former Kansas City Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez could rack up yardage on the football field, and his health-supplements business is racking up good numbers off the field. Gonzalez launched the company, All Pro Science, last fall with partner Paul Edalat, a California businessman who has specialized in the nutritional supplements industry.
