Pornographic photos of a 2-year-old girl that had been sent across the globe through the internet were traced back to an Olathe man this week, authorities said. Larry L. Howard, 41, of Olathe was charged Thursday in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Kan., with producing child pornography.
