EL DORADO — David Brown betrayed society's best interests on Sept. 13, 1996, during a scary confrontation in Wichita. He joined two accomplices in the kidnapping of five people and an attempted aggravated robbery. It was thuggish behavior. There is no doubt of his guilt. read more
